Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the customer has 30 days to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, or unfit for intended use, for a full refund. After 30 days the consumer must give the retailer an opportunity to repair, but should the repair fail, then the customer can obtain a full refund or partial refund should they not wish to retain the goods. After the first 6 months after delivery, the consumer must prove that the goods were faulty at the time of delivery.
You are responsible for all goods whilst in your possession and please if returning by post ensure that all goods are well packaged.
If parts or items of any delivery are damaged please notify us as soon as possible and spares can be sent out for most items. Please send where possible, photos of any damages with your details to email@example.com
If any item is unwanted, please notify us within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will receive a full refund once goods have been received excluding delivery and postal charges.
